In a tirade about Fox “News” and its selection of guests–specifically former DNC head Donna Brazile–Donald Trump called out to his old friend to fix the cable network.
She gets fired by @CNN for giving Crooked Hillary the debate questions, and gets hired by @FoxNews. Where are you Roger Ailes? https://t.co/XVwzt3Me5d

Ailes, of course, died three years ago after being unceremoniously booted from Fox “News” due to a series of sexual harassment and abuse scandals.
Twitter took up the fight, with more than 20,000 people tweeting to Trump that Ailes was, in fact, still dead, while some speculated as to his precise ring of Hell Mr. Ailes occupies in the afterlife.
Apparently, Trump had had enough of the haranguing and decided to try to get people to understand that he was not, in fact, experiencing a moment of senility.
I know better than anyone that my friend Roger Ailes died 3 years ago, just look at what happened to @FoxNews. We all miss Roger!!!

It is believed to be the first time a president used a tweet to affirm his knowledge of the death of a person who died three years previous. Because *that’s* perfectly normal, right?
