Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has been released from Johns Hopkins Hospital after a night’s stay for treatment for a possible infection, reports USA Today.
Ginsberg was admitted on Tuesday after experiencing fever and chills Monday night. She underwent an endoscopic procedure to clear out a bile duct stent that was inserted last August.
The 87-year-old jurist, who was appointed to the Supreme Court by Bill Clinton in 1993, has fought four bouts with cancer.
The Court’s announcement said, “She is home and doing well.”
