“A 24-year-old Warren man is in custody and awaiting arraignment on multiple felonies after he allegedly terrorized a Black family in recent weeks by shooting at their home and vandalizing their property. Warren Police have been searching for the suspect for several weeks after a Sept. 7 incident where shots were fired at the home of Eddie and Candace Hall in Warren. Two days after that, the Hall family found swastikas painted on a vehicle, along with phrases such as ‘Black Lives Matter not welcome here.’ Dwyer said police were able to find the suspect through diligent police work and information shared with the department by a confidential informant. He went on to say the department devoted the same amount of resources to this case as it would with a homicide investigation” – Michigan Live.
