The Nevada GOP announced on Thursday that it has made a criminal referral to the Department of Justice for 3,062 voters who they claim, without evidence, voted illegally in the election, the Washington Post reports.
The complaint claims that the people who voted in Nevada are no longer residents of the state. Nevada allows people to vote in Nevada if they are in the military and stationed elsewhere; a family member with a member of the military stationed elsewhere; a students in another state; or on a job assignment out of state.
