UPDATE (10:54 p.m. ET): More votes from Philadelphia has been reported, further lowering Trump’s lead to 26,319.
Vote counts from Delaware and Bucks Counties have cut incumbent republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s lead in the state from just over 42,000 to 36,572, according to the New York Times vote tracker.
It’s estimated that Philadelphia still has 70,000 votes to report; they’re working through the night. Allegheny County, home of Pittsburgh, has 35,000 outstanding that will be counted Friday.
