Pat Robertson–a claimed man of God, failed psychic and exploiter of African labor–took to the devilish airwaves today to mischaracterize critical race theory so his addled viewers without noting his father was a US Senator who supported segregation and fought against civil rights.
“What is [critical race theory]? It’s that the people of color have been oppressed by the white people and the white people begin to be racist by the time their, uh, two or three months old and they, and–therefore the people of color have to rise up and overtake their oppressors and then, having gotten the whip handle, if I can use that term, then to instruct their white neighbors how to behave. Now that’s critical race theory.”
And as you can expect: That’s NOT critical race theory.
