Having taken down the $5 million reward for anyone who can disprove his evidence that China hacked into voting machines, one of My Pillow pitchman Mike Lindell’s hand-picked cyber security experts told the Washington Times that there’s insufficient evidence to prove there was an intrusion.
Josh Merritt said that packet captures aren’t possible with the data provided by Lindell, and therefore there’s no way to definitively prove someone hacked the systems. In light of that, Merritt–an independent, self-taught cybersecurity “expert” known as “Spyder” with questionable technology credentials–rescinded the $5 million in cash he was offering to people who found errors in his work.
Lindell had said that “everyone in America” would be convinced by his evidence, to be presented at his Cyber Symposium being held in Sioux Falls, that President Joe Biden didn’t actually win the 2020 presidential election and that Donald Trump would be reinstalled into the Oval Office. It seems that claim will go unfulfilled.
