We’re not saying Jeanine Pirro’s got a drinking problem. We’re saying she has an alleged drinking problem, and apparently memory loss (allegedly). We’ve seen no evidence that Jernleen doesn’t have a drinking problem, and we’ve seen evidence that she does–like drinking on the air.
