Fox Communications, the parent company of the Fox News network, has updated its employee vaccine mandate for people in its New York City offices, requiring all on-site employees to have at least one vaccine dose by December 27th, the New York Times reports.
Fox is also eliminating the option to have weekly coronavirus tests for people who refuse the vaccines. The change echoes the new vaccine mandate being implemented by New York City. A spokesperson for Fox Corp. told the Times that more than 90% of their employees are vaccinated. They did not mention how many of their on-air talent are not vaccinated.
