Jessie Charles Webb, 32, no Florida voter registration, but a “web” tattoo on his shoulder, arrested Saturday on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment for slashing his girlfriend’s hand with a knife. Registered Republican John Paul Toupin, 79, arrested Friday for drunkenly crashing his golf cart into three others. Toupin is also listed as an “active” voter in Michigan as well, so as a part-time Villager he should be presumed guilty of double voting until proven innocent.
