An unnamed number of former Trump advisers are now threatening the Orange God Emperor over his refusal to pay legal bills incurred over the House January 6th Committee subpoenas, the New York Times’ Maggie Haberman reports. The best part is that it’s obvious that Trump is ordering them to refuse to comply with the Committee, threatening banishment from his imperial court if they do, but won’t help them pay for the lawyers necessary to fight the subpoenas, so he still gets the best of both worlds from them. It’s also funny that they don’t say they’re going to flip if he doesn’t help they’re just saying they’ll sue for it, which means even more headache and legal bills.
