The Special Master appointed by a Manhattan federal judge has completed her review of the material seized by the FBI in the April 2021 raid on Rudy Giuliani’s apartment and offices, deeming about half of it unprotected by attorney-client privilege and thus subject to evidence for a grand jury to consider for an indictment of the shitbrained former New York City mayor, the Washington Post reports. Former federal judge Barbara Jones had played the very same role in 2018 reviewing former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen’s case before he was indicted and pleaded guilty to an array of scams in service of the Orange God Emperor. More than 3,000 email and text messages were turned over to prosecutors on Wednesday in a federal investigation into Giuliani’s role in the 2019 Ukraine shitshow which led to the first of Trump’s two impeachment trials.
