The Ohio Supreme Court has rejected the state legislative GOP’s second Congressional district map just weeks after ordering them to redraw it, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. Conservative Justice Maureen O’Connor once again sided with the Court’s liberals in a 4-3 decision. The map drawing process now once again goes to the Ohio Redistricting Commission with orders to whip up a map reflecting the state’s 54% Republican, 46% Dem voting preferences split by February 17th.
