Gabbard’s American Conservative Union scorecard lifetime rating of 7.61% before she left is higher than most Dems in Congress, but not by much. For example, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, a favorite boogeywoman of right wing media, scored a 5.49% as of 2020.
