“I mean, look, i-i-i-i-it’s pretty clear, if you’re closing pipelines in this country and now you are provoking conflict with the largest gas supplier in Europe, maybe you’re making a play against fossil fuels,” Fox host and Vladimir Putin’s own Charlie McCarthy tells an aging Little Bo Peep. “This has two effects. One is ideological; they hate fossil fuels on principle; that’s Sandy Cortez’s position. Kamala Harris doesn’t believe in anything, but she has donors and friends who are making tons from alternative energy from renewables, which are not sustainable and real energy sources, by the way, but if you hike the price of fossil fuels way up, all of a sudden those investments become more profitable. Yeah, i-, of course it’s about energy, actually, and no one’s saying it. It’s not about democracy, I can promise you that. If there’s one thing they’re, these people are not in favor of, it’s democracy.”
So in Tuckem’s feeble mind, the Russian buildup of troops along the Ukraine border isn’t provocative at all, but Western moves to assist a fledgling democracy isn’t helping democracy.
