British Conservative Member of Parliament David Warburton has been suspended by the party pending an investigation into allegations he conducted like a Republican member of the United States Congress by snorting cocaine, sexually assaulting women, and taking a £100,000 loan from a Russian businessman that he failed to disclose, the Sunday Times reports.
Yeah, that’s cocaine
Really the only thing Warburton is missing is connections to a far right white nationalist militia that wants to start a race war. And who knows, it’s still early on in the scandal. This could be good news for US Congressman Madison Cawthorn too since it potentially gives him an out from the hot water he’s been taking from GOP leadership over his claims older Republicans invited him to participate in cocaine fueled sex orgies. “Oh yeah, well that guy was the one who called me said he was a Conservative and he was cool and everything. He, um, called me and I thought he was from Vermont or whatever because of the accent and he was the one who offered me the key bumps and invited me to the sex orgy. I was confused so it’s all good,” Cawthorn could say.
