Notorious Villages, Florida libtard Ed McGinty was acquitted and exonerated Thursday on charges of stalking a pro-Trump neighbor who had McGinty banned from the Hadley Community Swimming Pool after he called her a “fat slob” over her “Joe Biden sucks” t-shirt, Villages-News.com reports.

The saga, just one of a long, very long, excruciatingly long string of politically-charged confrontations in the vast, mostly red retirement community, began on September 23rd when McGinty confronted the “victim” at the pool over her anti-Biden shirt. The “victim”, feeling threatened, stayed in the water to avoid McGinty. A man called 911 and Sumter County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to remove the libtard from the pool, after which he was banned permanently.
The next day McGinty parked his leftist golf cart in front of the victim’s home and her nationally famous “shrine” to the Orange God Emperor – located as such to comply with the letter of Villages code prohibiting the display of political signage on lawns, but a brazen defiance of its spirit.

The victim’s husband called 911 to complain about McGinty, who reportedly calmly explained to sheriff’s deputies he was simply reading a book and was not blocking traffic. The deputies then asked the libtard to move his cart down the street, a request with which McGinty complied. Three hours later, the victim called 911 again as McGinty was still there on the street, reading his book. A different pair of sheriff’s deputies responded and asked McGinty to move his cart further away from the shrine and again McGinty complied. The deputies warned the libtard he was in jeopardy of a stalking charge, to which McGinty calmly explained he had the constitutional right to display his anti-Trump signs on the street. Later that evening McGinty was arrested at his home and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center on a charge of stalking.
At trial this week McGinty’s attorney Melanie Slaughter pressed for a directed acquittal, arguing to Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit Judge Mark Yerman the state had failed to prove its case against the libtard. The judge agreed, having determined McGinty’s actions were political speech while noting “People in The Villages are often disrespectful to each other.”
McGinty is not out the woods yet however. On October 26th he showed up to the Hadley Community Pool and menaced the victim by parking his golf cart, bearing a “Michelle Obama 2024”, two spaces away from hers, a violation of a court order effected after the September 24th arrest.
