Fremont County, Colorado prosecutors have requested and were granted a motion to drop charges against terrible husband Barry Morphew, whose wife Suzanne disappeared without a trace in 2020 – after which Barry forged and mailed in her ballot for ex-President Trump, the Denver Post reports.
Coming just 10 days before Morphew’s trial was set to begin, the ruling – in which prosecutors straight up admitted they fucked up by withholding potentially exculpatory evidence – does leave open the possibility charges could be brought again. Then there’s also that DNA from an unknown male linked to sexual assault cases in other states was reportedly found in Suzanne’s SUV, which does actually add a lot of reasonable doubt. No word on the voter fraud charge Barry admitted to when questioned by the FBI in April 2021, saying “I know she (Suzanne) was going to vote for Trump anyways,” and he knew the “other guys were cheating” so he would give Trump “another vote” but they’ll probably let that go too since only libs cheat in elections.
