“We Build the Wall” asshole Andrew Badolato, indicted in 2020 for embezzling funds from the crowdfunded private border wall project that failed, is expected to plead guilty Thursday to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, following his other co-conspirator Brian Kolfage’s plea earlier this month, the New York Times reports. Badolato, fucked by Trump when he decided to pardon Steve Bannon but not the others as he left office in disgrace in January 2021, leaves only Timothy Shea still facing charges. Shea reportedly came close to a plea deal but backed out and will face trial next month. Bannon faces an unrelated charge of contempt of Congress for refusing to cooperate with the House January 6th Select Committee and will go on trial in July.
