The body of 45-year-old Valentin Broeksmit, a self-described “comically terrible spy,” was found on the campus of a California high school Monday, with authorities unable to determine a cause of death, although there is no foul play likely, KCBS Los Angeles reports.
Broeksmith provided hundreds of pages of documents to Congressional investigators and federal agents detailing information about Deutsche Bank operations, its connections to the Russian government, and hundreds of millions of dollars in loans Trump received from Deutsche Bank at a time when Trump’s financial mismanagement prompted reputable banks to avoid doing business with him.
Broeksmith obtained the documents when cleaning out the property of his recently-deceased stepfather, who had been an executive with Deutsche Bank.
Broeksmith had not been seen by acquaintances since April 6th, but he was still active on his social media accounts, and friends said they had communicated with him in the meantime, even if they had not seen him. His body was discovered on school grounds Monday morning by maintenance workers.
Reporters who knew Broeksmith said that his father’s suicide about a decade ago weighed heavily on him, causing him to fall into drug abuse.
Broeksmith is just the latest in a number of people associated with Donald Trump to have died–including people like John McCain and Herman Cain, because Trump *obviously* hates people with the word “Cain” in their names. Also dead: Trump’s former private banker at Deutsche Bank, Thomas Bowers, who allegedly committed suicide in 2019; Jeffrey Epstein, Trump’s hook-up for young girls; Ukrainian businessman Alex Oronov, who had financial connections to Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen; and I’m sure there are scores of others–from police officers to corporate secretaries–who have died.
We’re not claiming that Trump had all these people off’ed. We’re just asking questions. “We report. You decide”-style.
