New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas told the Otero County commission currently refusing to certify the results of the June 7th primary election over their “concerns” with Dominion machines – even after a Wednesday order to do so from the state Supreme Court – to sack up and do it already or face legal action, the Associated Press reports. Balderas’s office also received a criminal referral from Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver’s office to investigate the three far right losers – one of whom, “Cowboys for Trump” asshole Couy Griffin, is due in court for sentencing on a misdemeanor charge for entering the US Capitol on January 6th. The commission will sit for an emergency meeting Friday ahead of the certification deadline, but it’s unclear where Griffin will be or if his presence is required for a quorum. Otero County Attorney Roy Nichols told the AP he’s not sure what will happen but warned criminal charges are on the table if they don’t certify.
