Only three injured during crash landing at Miami airport

Only three people out of 126 onboard reported injuries after an airline traveling from the Dominican Republic essentially fell apart on landing at the Miami airport, WPLG-10 in Miami reports. The landing gear of the plane failed as the craft landed, causing a wing to drag on the runway and catch fire.

Passengers escaped the cabin through an emergency window over the opposite wing as smoke billowed in. None of the three people injured are thought to have serious injuries.
