A Seattle man has been arrested for stalking the house and threatening the life of Democratic Washington Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal after he marched around her house while carrying a handgun, NBC News reports.

Brett Allen Forsell, 48, will also likely face a state hate crimes charge after yelling at Jayapal’s house, “Go back to India” and “I’m going to kill you.” Jayapal is the first Indian-American member of Congress.
