Justice Department lawyers on Monday said in a motion they agree that one of the Trump team’s picks to serve as special master to review the documents seized at Mar-a-Lago, Eastern District of New York Senior US Judge Raymond J. Dearie, is an appropriate choice, which probably means Trump’s lawyers will think it’s some kind of trap and try to back out of suggesting Dearie.
