One Antwerp extremist was canceled Wednesday and an unknown number arrested in a series of police raids on far right groups aimed at disrupting “the preparation of a terrorist attack and the violation of the legislation on weapons” across Belgium, the AP reports. The unidentified suspect, 36, was tagged and bagged after exchanging fire with police as they surrounded his home. The dead suspect was reportedly an anti-NATO, anti-US, and Pro-Russia “gold and silver trader.” Six other locations associated with extremists were also paid unfriendly visits by cops on Wednesday.
