It’s a point of pride here on National Zero that, unlike The Hill and Mediaite, we go out of our way to not cover every little fucking thing that happens on The View. We consider it something of a character test for a media outlet, one that Fox News failed miserably on Tuesday as host Julie Banderas absolutely lost her shit over a segment on The View’s Monday Halloween episode which featured a boy wearing a Trump wig but otherwise dressed as a toilet filled with top secret documents flanked by two other boys wearing FBI agent costumes. There’s almost too much here to unpack in this meltdown between Banderas melting down over some sort of politicized exploitation of children before then showing pics of her kids in “normal” Halloween costumes to then adding that the one in the Grim Reaper getup isn’t dressed as Nancy Pelosi – twice.
