Shit, Laura, at least make it challenging. I know everybody’s gonna jump on the most obvious one: Donald Trump, who not only supported attacking people in his audience, but encouraged cops to abuse suspects. Nah, that’s too easy. I’m going with former Republican Congressman and current Montana Governor Greg Gianforte, who was literally convicted of assault of a reporter from The Guardian the day before a special election in May 2017.
