The US House of Representatives on Tuesday again passed the Marriage Equality bill protecting the right to same-sex and interracial marriage from the extremists on the Supreme Court. The final total of yes votes is not yet known, but as of 10:59 AM EST the yays crossed the majority threshold. The bill, HR 4804, passed by the Senate last week (and the House earlier this year, changes by the Senate necessitated Thurday’s re-vote) and will now head to President Biden’s desk for signature.
