Fulton County, Georgia Judge Robert McBurney on Monday told ABC News that chatty special grand jury forewoman Emily Kohrs didn’t actually do anything wrong when she spoke to various media last Tuesday about the recommendations the jurors made on indictments of disgraced former Trump and his minions over their coup attempt in the state following Donald’s defeat in the 2020 election as long as she didn’t discuss their actual deliberations – which she didn’t.
“This grand jury’s sole role was to prepare a report that was merely a set of recommendations for the district attorney – full stop. Nothing more. And so folks should think long and hard about what impact, at all, this special purpose grand jury’s work would have should there be an indictment down the road. This grand jury could not and did not bring charges against anyone,” said McBurney.
Trump’s lawyers still have not filed any sort of complaint against the district attorney as of Monday despite promises to take some kind of action to own the libs and their giddy schadenfreude.
