Federal court rejects Trump appeal to block lawyer’s testimony

A three judge panel on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday swiftly rejected an emergency request by disgraced former President Trump to block a lower court ruling ordering his lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify to a grand jury investigating Donald’s theft of classified documents.

UPDATE 3/22/23 4:25 PM EDT: CNN’s Kaitlan Collins reports that Corcoran is scheduled to testify on Friday, leaving time for Trump to try another appeal, but he’s unlikely to do so.
