The FBI announced a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the former chief-of-staff to Republican Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, who has been on the run for three weeks after not showing up for a court hearing. The Baltimore Banner reports Roy McGrath is listed by the FBI as five-foot-five-inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, and may be using the alias “Roy Baisliadou” while he’s on the run.
The former head of the Maryland Environmental Service, McGrath moved to Florida after Hogan left office, but was later indicted for falsifying records, including falsely claiming an increased buyout was approved by Hogan, to greatly increase his retirement package and cash buyout.
