Judge appoints special master in Dominion v Fox News case

Presiding over the opening day of the Dominion v Fox News defamation case, Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis on Tuesday made good on his intent to appoint a special master to review all of Team Fox’s evidentiary fuckery during the discovery phase of the case, ABC News reports.

Davis directed the unnamed special master to make a report and “include a determination” of whether Fox News and Fox Corp “complied with their discovery obligations” prior to the trial.
