An Atlanta-based phone company called Momentum Telecom last week filed a complaint in New York against alcoholic shitbrain Rudy Giuliani’s firm over an unpaid $30,396 bill for its services, plus interest and legal fees, the Daily Beast reports on the former NYC mayor being a cheap asshole despite somehow also having the money to pay at least one employee $1 million a year.
