Russians claim train derailed by IED

The governor of a region of Russia bordering Ukraine on Monday said a freight train had been derailed by an improvised explosive device by Ukrainian saboteurs, CNN reports.

Bryansk Gov Alex Bogomaz wrote on Telegram that a remotely detonated explosive knocked off the train on a stretch of railway about 50 miles from Ukraine’s northern border. No one was injured.
