Lost in the milieu of drag billionaire Donald Trump’s historic lawsuit loss in which a jury declared him a sexual predator: actual billionaire sugar daddy Harlon Crow told the Senate Finance Committee he will not turn over a list of so-called “gifts” he’s provided to conservative Supreme Court Justice and guy who just happened to befriend his first billionaire after he got that title Clarence Thomas and his morally corrupt wife Ginni.
According to NBC News, Crow responded to the request from Democratic Committee Chairman Ron Wyden, with his lawyers saying in a letter, “We have serious concerns about the scope of and authority for this inquiry. As you are aware, the Committee’s powers to investigate are not unlimited.”
Crow may want to review his tax returns and corporate records before turning over any documents: if Crow used corporate money to pay for gifts for Clarence Thomas, he could face similar charges as a former president who’s facing 34 counts of financial fraud. And even if the money came from Crow’s personal accounts, Crow would be responsible for paying the appropriate taxes on the gifts.
