FBI arrests Texas AG Ken Paxton's corrupt businessman buddy

FBI agents on Thursday arrested Austin real estate developer Nate Paul, a scumbag connected to impeached Picasso-faced Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the Texas Tribune reports.

It’s not clear yet if the charges concern anything related to his corruption schemes with Paxton, but Paul is firmly at the center of the scandals that led to the Trump ally’s impeachment stemming from Paxton’s deputies blowing the whistle against him in October 2020, alleging Paxton had abused his office to benefit Paul in a number of legal disputes. It ain’t raining, it’s pouring.
