A superseding indictment has been issued in the Trump Mar-a-Lago documents case, filing two additional obstruction counts based on trying to delete security footage, with Carlos De Oliveira also being charged with lying to investigators.
De Oliveira is a maintenance worker at Mar-a-Lago. CNN reports that De Oliveira told an employee at Mar-a-Lago that “the boss” wanted the security footage deleted, reiterating “the boss” wanted the server deleted and asking “What are we going to do?”
