Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith’s team are continuing to investigate disgraced former President Trump’s allies over their failed coup attempt following the regime’s defeat to now-President Joe Biden in the 2020 election, with a specific focus on the fraudulent fundraising campaign scamming MAGA voters into believing their donations would somehow overturn the humiliating loss and over the efforts to seize election equipment, CNN reports.
The latter thread in the investigation is zeroing in on the now-infamous Coffee County, Georgia clerk’s office breach by conspiracy freaks working for deranged MAGA lawyer Sidney “Kraken” Powell, already a major element of the sprawling RICO indictment charging Team Orange handed down last month by a Fulton County grand jury impaneled by District Attorney Fani Willis. The Kraken, listed among the co-conspirators in the Smith team’s indictment is also a person of interest in the scam fundraising aspect of the ongoing federal investigation into the MAGA Reich. Another accused felon mentioned in CNN’s report as being of interest to federal prosecutors is Michigan MAGA lawyer Stefanie Lambert, currently facing charges for her involvement in the theft of at least one Dominion Voting Systems tabulator from a clerk’s office in the Great Lakes State.
One thread between Georgia and Michigan we never previously picked up on, which is freaking hilarious, is that, until November 2022, Lambert was actually counsel for Misty Hampton, the dipshit former Coffee County Clerk who allowed the Kraken’s scumbags into her office to steal whatever software and data they wanted from the county’s Dominion Voting Systems-built election server.
