Florida Governor and runt of the presidential race Ron DeSantis suffered another defeat in his ongoing deflection war on libs after the Supreme Court of the United States–that famously “woke” panel–denied the state’s effort to enforce its recently passed ban on drag shows in the state, USA Today reports.
Attempting to mask his lack of accomplishment and his disastrous management of disasters, Ron the Runt is instead relying on culture wars to catapult his petite frame to the White House. However, jurists at various levels of courts, in both state and federal courts, have repeatedly blocked his attempts to target the LGBTQ community.
This decision comes after DeSantis’s state attorney argued that the lower court decision blocking enforcement of the state drag show ban only applied to the individual establishment involved in the case, Hamburger Mary’s in Orlando, rather than the more obvious understanding that it barred DeSantis from enforcing the ban across the state.
