In rare honor, broadcast networks to simultaneously remember Lear

The five major entertainment broadcast networks–CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox, and The CW–will all simultaneously air memorial cards at the start of their 8 p.m. ET broadcasts in honor of television pioneer Normal Lear, the creator of such landmark shows as All In the Family, The Jeffersons, and One Day at a Time, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Lear died Tuesday at the age of 101.
