Alcoholic shitbrain Rudy Giuliani on Thursday filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York City, just a day after DC Cicruit Judge Beryl Howell greenlit Georgia 2020 election defamation case plaintiffs Ruby Freeman and Shae Moss to start collecting whatever they can out of the nearly $149 million that Captain 9/11 owes them. Giuliani listed $5 to $10 million in assets against $500 million in debts and liabilities, which is really sad for a guy who’s supposed to have lots of rich friends.
