“On Feb 15, 2024, a federal grand jury returned an indictment against Kyle Travis Colton, 36, of Citrus Heights, charging him with receipt of child pornography, US Attorney Phillip A Talbert announced. This case is the product of an investigation by the FBI. Assistant US Attorney Whitnee Goins is prosecuting the case.
