In a possible bad sign for fat former President Trump ahead of his appearance Saturday night, surrogate Vivek Ramaswamy was viciously booed and heckled on mentioning the Orange Bastard to the crowd at the Libertarian convention on Friday night. Team Trump better figure out a way to fill the room with friendly faces and fast… He goes on stage in just over ten hours from now.
In related-ish news, Donald went off on brainwormed fellow Libertarian Convention headliner Robert F Kennedy Jr in a Truth Social post Saturday morning, writing “Don’t waste any Republican or Conservative votes on Junior. He’s one of the most Liberal Lunatics ever to run for office. He caused massive high energy pricing in New York and New England. He just admitted that he was actually OK with the Vaccine. Phony Radical Left fool whose poll numbers are TERRIBLE, and getting worse. His campaign is falling apart, great dissension!!!” Not clear why Trump is calling Bobby Junior out on being “actually OK with the Vaccine,” since that was supposed to be Trump’s accomplishment.
UPDATE 5/25/2024 10:51 AM EDT: Probably should’ve led with this instead, in which a Friday itinerary meeting of the Libertarians devolved into shouting after a member offered up a resolution calling for Donald Trump to go fuck himself. Well some shouting, mostly cheers of agreement.
