Albuquerque, New Mexico police arrested an 11-year-old boy for a months-long crime wave that culminated in two drive-by shootings and a slew of felony charges, NBC News reports. The unnamed juvenile was reported part of a group called the “Kia Boys” who started throwing rocks at homes to terrorize occupants but evolved into shooting and car theft.
The 11-year-old was arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, shooting at or from a motor vehicle, shooting into an occupied dwelling, aggravated battery, unlawful possession of a weapon by a minor, nonresidential burglary, criminal damage to property over $1,000, and conspiracy to commit a fourth-degree felony.
