A spokesman for the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division confirmed to NOTUS that Texas MAGA Congressman Troy Nehls – the cunt who openly admitted he wanted to impeach Joe Biden to help convicted felon former President Trump get reelected – is wearing a Combat Infantryman Badge he did not actually earn in combat with enemy personnel and was issued mistakenly during tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in which Nehls served as a civil affairs officer. Nehls has argued “Big Army” is out to get him and that he’s entitled to wear it since the division fought many battles over the last 23 years.
“The 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) follows the Army’s regulatory guidance prescribed in the service’s guide on Military Awards, also known as AR 600-22,” said Lt Col Tony Hoefler, spokesperson for the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell. “For specific award discrepancies involving former Soldiers, I would refer you to the team at US Army Human Resources Command.”
