Acknowledging the damage already wrought to convicted felon former President Trump’s brand, Project 2025 architect Kevin Roberts tells RealClearPolitics he’s delaying publication of his upcoming book “Dawn’s Early Light” – which features a foreword written by Trump’s couch fucker running mate JD Vance – with Roberts saying in a statement that “there’s a time for writing, reading, and book tours – and a time to put down the books and go fight like hell to take back our country. That’s why I’ve chosen to move my book’s publication and promotion to after the election,” almost as if the whole fucking point of printing out a book on the plot wasn’t to hype MAGA voters up beforehand.

Plainly butthurt over the blatantly panicked and triage-y reversal by Roberts, RCP tiptoes around in their description, writing “Project 2025 is a loose collection of white papers that Heritage hopes will be turned into policy come the next Republican presidency. It is not unusual for Beltway think tanks to draft policies they hope will become law, and the organization announced their initiative to little fanfare two years ago. But the proposals, from eliminating the Department of Education to new federal restrictions on abortion, have since become a lightning rod.” Which is their way of saying that Dems have effectively messaged it to the point where the fascists behind it are in full retreat.
