In yet another non-surprising development, just like how the “cat-eating” was a completely unrelated incident of a crackhead acting like they are wont to do in an Ohio city distant from Springfield, the “duck eating” photo was also completely unrelated, per the Reddit user who originally posted the photo of a random guy carrying a dead goose (not a duck) a few weeks ago.

The Daily Dot reports that on Tuesday the user wrote “Apparently my picture has been hijacked by right wing media. This was NOT taken in Springfield. This is on Cleveland Ave in Columbus.” In an interview with the Dot, the user, who declined to give their real name, said “I think it’s awful that right-wingers including Ohio’s Republican senator will take a random picture from the internet and use it as a weapon to further their agenda. The garbage they are spreading has been completely debunked, yet they continue to spread it.” Wonder what he thinks of Trump’s memes.
