A jury in Stockton, California this week found local scumbag Antonio Hernandez guilty on 35 counts of specific charges that themselves are too awful to even list here given the specific age bracket of the victim(s), the Stockton Record reports on a sadly still all-too-common occurrence these days.
What sticks out however is the range of sentences Hernandez faces: 740 years to life, which seems not excessive so much as excessively silly. Like if the “25 to life” range means really more like between 25 and 50 years or just a life sentence then what’s the upper actual numeric range of 740 to life? Is it 740 to a million? Might as well be between 740 years and the heat death of the universe.
If this is just the court having a little fun with the bastard then we’re all for it. They could however have more fun and sentence him to 50 to however many years it takes for El Loco to stab you in the fuckin brain through the eye socket with a sharpened toothbrush in the Pelican Bay showers, puto.
