Yeah, he was doing so well he had to quit, lol. Safe to say this is a significant and embarrassing setback for the fat fuck’s incoming second regime. It would’ve been one thing if Gaetz had gone through the whole gauntlet and fell short of confirmation by however many votes in January. At least then the MAGA media complex would have their list of “RINOs” to blame so they could defiantly claim the whole thing was a rigged witch hunt. But this, with Gaetz being the one to pull the trigger not only humiliates Trump, Jesus Dork Speaker Mike Johnson – for pressuring the Ethics Committee to bury their report – and the other Republicans who just spent a week defending Matt, but it also signals that the Senate GOP wasn’t going to allow Trump the whole recess appointment end-run.

Why waste time on this if Trump had a clear path to simply installing Gaetz? Whether John Thune and crew will keep holding firm on that who knows – they are Republicans after all – but it may not bode well for Pete Hegseth, Tulsi, Bobby, and the other freaks and scumbags Trump nominated.
