Several Republicans in Congress tell NOTUS that convicted felon President-Elect Trump’s team haven’t quite filled them in yet on whether their Orange Allah’s pledge to use the full might of the federal government to deport every last undocumented immigrant in the United States means he’s actually going to use the full might of the federal government to deport every last undocumented immigrant in the United States or if it was more of like a symbolic pledge or something.
“In my eyes, this is about people that are convicted criminals and those that have been denied their asylum claims,” said “moderate” Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales in an interview. “Those that are still awaiting the process, the president has never said – I’ve never heard him say – that he’s going to deport people like that,” Gonzales continued, evidently just hearing what he wanted to hear from Lord Donald and his minions. It also doesn’t make any fucking sense, since an illegal alien convicted of any felony is automatically deported immediately upon completion of their sentence already.
Fellow Latino Republican John Duarte of California says they were criminals before they crossed the border. “A lot of criminals have been let into the country. They need to be out of the country.” Okay.
Does that encompass an El Salvadoran dishwasher at a steakhouse in New Jersey who got the shit kicked out of him by a corrupt cop back home in 2003 and was tossed in jail on a made-up assault charge until his family scraped up enough to pay off a judge to let him out and if yes how does Trump’s DHS go about obtaining the El Salvadoran record of the incident to make a determination?
“In interviews with more than 20 lawmakers this week, Republicans brushed off questions about an impending mass deportation program. They said they trust Trump, endorsed using whatever means are available to remove foreign gang members and criminals from the country,” NOTUS writes, underscoring both the cultish ballsuckery of the GOP and that these guys also really don’t give a fuck about their constituents. If they were then shouldn’t they be at least a little curious about whether voters are going to have US Marines pounding on the door at 3:00 AM, demanding to inspect their homes to check if they have any illegal aliens were hiding in the basement? What are they going to do when a Latino American answers the door? Should every Latino and/or non-white American just start keeping their birth certificate handy for inspection by US Marines at 3:00 AM?
South Carolina Ralph Norman of South Carolina said Trump will “get the criminals out of here first, he’ll get the violent offenders. He’ll get the gangs, cartels out. Then he’ll use judgment.” Norman did not elaborate on what the fuck he means with “judgment.” We get that it’s made up we just don’t know if if was some ambiguity Trump used himself or if Norman just made it up on the spot. Norman did however endorse Trump’s claim of using US military resources for the roundups/raids of the criminal-ish migrants, saying “Everything’s on the table. I consider this an invasion of US territory.”
